Discovery sessions are usually 1 hour and are always free.  These sessions are thorough and are purposely designed to give you a chance to “try on” Coaching. At the end of the Discovery session, you will have first hand knowledge and experience to determine if this is a valuable tool for you.

However, we understand that life changes, and we change with it.  Our programs and policies are designed for your security and peace of mind.  Our guarantees are as follows.

Money back guarantee on prepaid programs
On 30 day programs –
If, at the end of week one, an individual chooses to discontinue a prepaid program with Motivate 4 Success, we will refund 100% of the program cost. 
We believe that after working with a coach for 1 week, you have a solid understanding of what can be expected. You are either feeling or seeing results, or this is not the right program for you.  We understand that.  If you choose to continue and subsequently discontinue with your coach, the balance outstanding,(unused) will be reimbursed.  No question, no argument. Simply contact accounting at (949) 375-2676.  We will take care of any details, including notifying your coach.

Prepaid Session –  
Motivate 4 Success believes that within the first two paid sessions, you have a real sense of value.  If you should decide to discontinue, a full 100% refund will be provided.  After 2 paid sessions, should you choose to discontinue, a refund for the unused portion will be available.  No question, no argument. Simply contact accounting at (949) 375-2676.  We will take care of any details, including notifying your coach.

Intervention –
There is no guarantee with an intervention that the results will be immediate.  Often times the intervention is the catalyst to future change.  Our Interventions are based on a specified period of time that will be focused on the individual and family. 
Prior to Step 3 “Step Three: Outline a plan of action” Motivate 4 Success will refund 100%. 
Once you decide that you are willing to intervene on the part of your loved one, fees need to be paid.  Our Coaches put a lot of effort into development of the plan and follow through.  We believe there needs to be 100% commitment from the family to achieve success.
